1 Cup Cilantro Leaves
1/2 Cup Raw Walnuts
1 Cup Manchego Cheese – finely shredded
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 – 2 Garlic Cloves
2 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Sea Salt to taste
